this to inform that i have bought a talktime of Rs 240 and instead of
getting a talktime they have provided me STD talktime and hence no
talktime is there in my phone
I am depressed with the answers that i have got from airtel customer
care (ms noorjahan, ms bhawana and mr sandeep)
I also tried calling nodel officer ravi nagpal @ 9818334865 and when we
connect to this number it is always busy as ther is no nodel officer
available at all
I would also like to tell you that i have got the SMS from airtel which
didn't stated that its a STD pack
Please help resolve this issue as they are not willing to deactivate
this pack and transfer that talk time in my account
