Dear Sir,
I am having reliance Broad Band net connection. My data card No. is 9351840954. I am suffering from low speed from last 6 months. I had various communication over mail and Phone to reliance executive. In the beginning in first 2-3 months they told me that there is a service problem in your area. Reliance is working on this issue. Problem will resolved in 10-15 days. But did not get any type of solution. Then they converted my post paid connection to pre paid connection, then i asked that why i pay the bill as i cannot use the service properly. Then they offered me to waiver of 200/- for two month. Then i requested to Ajmer reliance office to full waiver of my bill. But they refused to do the so. But after some times they agreed to full waiver of my account. But today i checked my online account then i shocked that there is a debit balance in my account 543 Rs.
After 6 Months they are not giving me any type of solution of lower speed. that why I have to purchased another Data Card. and have to go cyber cafe.
Please help me to refund my money of data card of Rs. 3500/- Plus another compensation.
As there service is very poor. They didnot respond.
