TATA Indicom - no service after 5 complaints.

    Thumbs down TATA Indicom - no service after 5 complaints.

    I'm using TATA Indicom wired broadband since April 2010.
    Since May 2011, I'm facing connection issues wherein the connection gets reset every 1-3 minutes.

    I have complained this 5 times to help line and everytime I'm assured that a representative will come to fix it.
    The representative never turns up nor calls up to resolve the problem.

    I want to know what is the procedure for escalating this to the consumer court.

    Here are the complaint numbers:

    1: 13 65 57 34 DT. 21st May 2011

    2: 13 65 75 88 DT. 21st May 2011

    3: 13 73 34 74 Dt 14th June 2011

    4: 13 74 81 84 Dt 18th June 2011

    5: 13 77 07 14 Dt 25th June 2011
