    Default Airtel charging for Services not provided

    I signed up for Airtel Broadband and was told I could cancel 'anytime' with 24 hrs. After 11 months I cancelled and Airtel is trying to charge me for 3 additional weeks of service. I emailed Airtel under a different anme as new user asking about current cancellation services. I have an email that current policy still explicity states I would be able to cancel within 24hrs.

    Maybe Airtel should charge me for an additonal year? This is rediculous and charges should be dropped. There was a credit in my account when I cancelled and they are keeping that too.

    Is this the way India companies are allowed to operate? This is corruption at it's finest.
