I raised a request to shift my reliance Broadband connection to new place on 3rd May 2011 , to reliance help
line. Nobody bothered to contact me and telling that Reliance does not have facility at the new locality I was shifting to . On 27th May I inquired again then they told me that it can't be shifted. I raised a request for disconnection.
I was charged for the whole month and they told me to pay full amount Rs.1260/-
Then Again I raised a request about this, then I got a call from reliance guys that if I pay Rs. 1000/- rest amount will be waved off.
To settle the matter I chose to pay this amount to the executive sent by them.
Again yesterday to make sure now this is settled when I called the helpline they told me that once again I'll have to pay extra amount.
I don't understand why these guys are doing this, charging me wrongly for their fault of not telling me in time that connection can't be shifted and charging me for that period (4th May 27 May).And then making a fake call and saying pay RS 1000 rest will be waved off and then not doing anything and planning to charge me again.
