    HELLO,
You have misunderstood your credit limit vis a vis bill criteria. Credit limit refers to the maximum amount of usage to which a customer is admitted during a billing cycle depending upon his usage and payment history. It is the sole discretion of the company to shut down the services if the customer exceeds his credit limit during a particular billing period and to demand payment of bill first. In your case instead of demanding payment, you have been acommodated to a much higher credit by the company and you have enjoyed continued services from the company. Credit limit and Bill plan are two different things. Kindly understand your plan first.
    Regards.

    Hello there,
nice of you to write in,
the Credit Limit on the bill states 1,600/- with alongside 5,303/- as the total monthly billed amount.
The consecutive bill too states the same credit limit of 1,600/- in a given month of usage how can the credit limit be bypassed while services still active?

    Regards.

    Hello,

You have a strong reason to file case against them, because you were not aware that your bill will exceed above the credit limit, but before filing case just send a written notice to your area nodal officer via registered post and mention all the details in it and ask them the reason about the billing above the credit limit.
Wait for 15-20 days for their reply.
    Regards,
    Admin,
