    Default airtel postpaid connection GPRS complaint

    Dear Sir



    I am user of airtel postpaid connection and got activated GPRS and they
    have charged me wrong, which is not possible to download in my phone and
    they agreed for the same in writing to me. Contacted every channel like
    121, nodal officer and applet authority but every one is saying that you
    have been charged correctly. How it can be possible that we can't
    download kb in particular time and they are charging the same and not
    reverted me on time. Please advice, how do I go ahead for loading a
    complaint against them as I have written proof with me.

    Default airtel postpaid connections

    i am having airtel postpaid connection(.09971417417 ) since last three year on
    advance rent Plan. which is disconnected
    permanently without any intimation. When call to customer care they told that it is
    disconnected due to Outstanding not clear.But now i cleared all the dues,but still
    number is not activated, when visited to the ARC they given the time period for 2 to
    3days to activate this number. I visited on airtel outlet 15-20times but i didn't
    get any revert from those side. I also mark a mail to noddle officer but not get any
    permanent resolve from them, Im very frustated with airtel services, I'm suffering
    from last one month due to these airtel guys i'm bearing the loss on daily basis.
    Who will bear this?????????????

    Angry Excess charges not being refunded

    Dear Sir,

    I am a customer of Airtel from the last 8 - 9 years ( 9815620379)
    I hav ebeen overcharged Rs 209.00 in trems of downloading of games & calender through GPRS whichj never reached my mobile.
    Upon receing the SMS of deduction , I called up GPRS help line, to which they responded that it sahll be adjusted once Bil is generated.
    Now when I had recd the Bill, I called up & asked them to refucn the same, they are refusing & saying, we shall send it again but not refund the amount.
    Pls advice way forward.

    Dear sir,

    I had given request for deactivate my Mobile no 9791038819 because am switchover to bangalore for official reason,Based on the request my service disconnected and there is no due from my side.But now the plan has postponted or withdrawed by company.

    Can you activate my mobile No back, for this what i have to do?

    Default Postpaid Connection related Bill for non usage.

    Hi,

    I Prateek Srivastava was using one Airtel Postpaid - 9871455333-Corp Self Paid (HCL Technologies Ltd.) for almost a year. This connection was basically on the name of my friend named Abhishek Kumar, as I was using the connection n henceforth liable for the outstanding as well. Until I moved to Jammu due to my official requirement, which was making a burden on me as the connection on roaming was costing me a lot.
    Hence, I changed my mind and thought of changing to a local number rather than running it on Roaming.
    So, in the Month of Aug I finally gave a call to the Customer care and requested for Final Disconnection and hence made a Final Payment of Rs.2500 as my final Payment as full and final payment. N also I lost the phone n sim-card at the same time co-incidentally.
    So I even didn’t bother to register a formal FIR as I was under the impression that I have already given a request for the disconnection. However, later in the month of November and December my friend Abhishek Kumar (owner) and Jagat (Add on Account Holder) started getting outstanding payment reminder calls and collection calls.
    And finally one day in January, some Mr. Saxena called in saying he is calling on behalf of Airtel Nodal Officer. When asked for the Nodal officer, was told that Nodal officer don’t speak to every customer and hence he is calling on his behalf.
    Mr. Saxena called in saying that there is an outstanding payment of Rs.11000/- for 3months since August. I then wondered how come my account which I closed in Aug went ON n ON without any Payment continuously for three months without payment and at that point of time no Airtel employee bothered to call for Payment and inform us.
    I spoke to Mr. Saxena as he was harassing my friend Abhishek to make the Payment else he will send a Legal Notice. I was unaware about what he is asking the money for. I still asked him to reduce the money as I was not in a condition to PAY 11000 that too for calls which I never used.
    Still for the sake as my friend was getting insulted and I was not in town to sort out the matter I spoke to Mr. saxena and fixed an amount of Rs. 5700 to which I agreed and said will make the Payment. To which I even made the payment. Shockingly against which we were again further harassed asking for further Rs.2500 by making some lame excuses.
    I just don’t understand why all this happening with us. Is it out fault that we took Airtel connection to listen all these harassment calls?
    Kindly HELP !
