    Hi,



    I have purchased your Netconnect Broadband datacard on Sunday 28th June
    2009 from Vriti Infocom (your online partner). They handed over my
    documents to the closest webworld in Goregaon (where Vriti Infocom is
    located). The documents were handed over on Monday 29th June and my
    verification was done on Tuesday 30th June with a positive feedback. I
    was informed by the verifier that my connection would be activated the
    same evening.



    However, my connection is still not activated after 9 days. In spite of
    repeated complaints to the Reliance helpline and the vendor, nothing has
    been done. I only get empty promises which are nothing but lies.



    I have spoken to the following people in reliance who don't even have
    the courtesy of maintaining a log of my calls made (Farooq Sayed, Rahul,
    Chaitrali).



    Anyways, the vendor (Vriti Infocom) as listed by you for online
    purchases, is not only inefficient, they are thieves. I have been robbed
    of my money. Can somebody do something here on a priority basis?

    Default Reliance Netconnect broadband

    Hi,

    I took Reliance Netconnect broadband connect May last week. The documents were submitted and I purchased the device by paying 3500/- . The connection was enabled for 2 days and later it was disconnected saying negative address verification. Till today I have not got any calls from the Reliance for address verification and nobody came for address verification to my house. But they say negative address verification. I have submitted the documents 3 times & escalated to all possible levels. Nothing has happened till now. All my efforts are like “paying music in front of buffalo” no use.
    The rcom nodal officer is waste candidate who doesn't have basic knowledge to call back the customer for complaint status. I regret to buy a Reliance product and suffer. They don’t even answer my calls.
    Please suggest how can I get my Money back and teach this frauds a good lesson.

    Default Wrong Billing by reliance netconnect

    Dear Sir,

    Reference to subject above, from last 2.5 months i am using a connection of reliance netconnect No. 9350929425 every month i have been charging by them for unused consumption which despite of my repeated communication with them over phone and by emails nothing has been done so far to rectify the same the necessary records of my communication is attached for your kind reference. Even for this month also they have repeated the same.

    I therefore left with no option but to seek your kind help and advice in this matter ASAP as i am under tremendous pressure from the collection agency of reliance on every day basis for no fault of mine.

    Default Complaint for Reliance NetConnect

    Hi Sir,

    My name in Jeyabarani working for Infosys Technologies, Bangalore.

    I have bought a Reliance netconnect USB device from Vriti Infocom Sales person (Dhamodharan) on 30-Sep-2009. I had paid Rs.3500 to this person and taken the device.
    Device details:
    RSN: RH WCD5210253043
    MDN: 09343166365

    I had submitted the following documents for the same:
    1. Scanned copy of my photograph (to albert.j@vriti-interactive.com)
    2. Scanned copy of my Infosys ID card (to albert.j@vriti-interactive.com)
    3. Scanned copy of my Rental agreement (to albert.j@vriti-interactive.com)
    4. Scanned copy of my Infosys salary slip (to albert.j@vriti-interactive.com)
    5. Hard copy of HR letter for internet broadband connection (to Dhamodharan).

    I still find that my device is not actived yet.

    Even after repeated calls to Vriti Office Bangalore and to Albert, I have not been updated on the status of my request. I have tried several times calling to Sales representative, however on the rare occasions when my call is attended to, I have been told that he has raised a request with his senior officials and they will give an update to me on the very same day. I have not received an update on my request so far.

    I have been told that the maximum time for getting the account actived is 72 hours. The time timit is far gone.

    I have already spent too much of my effort and time on repeated checking from my side.

    I have sent a complaint mail to reliance.care@vriti.com but did not receive a response for the same still. I would like to have an immediate action on my request or refund of my amount and the documents I had submitted.

    Request you to kindly look into the issue at the earliest and let me know the details.

    I have paid all the money on same day but still my reliance net - connect is not activated I got this mail.....................

    Dear Mr. Patel,

    This is in reference to the relaince data card purchased by you.

    For bachelor accomodation, 250 Rs security deposit is required.

    We request you to please ppay the same for the activation of data card.

    Post Reliance netconnect speed

    Hi

    I am Himanshu Sharma from Rajasthan (Jaipur).

    I purchased Reliance net connect broadband+. I am not receiving HSD network at my home for use 3.1mbps speed. I register many complains in reliance from 8 aug.2009. But there are no responses. I will received yet. I am using broadband in HSD (High speed data) eligible area.
    Also I go to reliance head office in Jaipur. There staff show me 1.5mbps speed. I want to say 3.1mbps speed not in reliance office. So they what speed provide to customers.
    It menace company not able to provide 3.1 mbps speed. Company giving wrong add for 3.1 mbps.
    Company gives commitment to provide 230/kbps speed minimum. I using till now 100 to 150/kbps.
    Can I able to register this complain in my nearest consumer form.

    Angry Vriti Infotech (with Reliance) cheated me - Reliance Netconnect Datacard

    I had called Reliance Customer care to send their sales person, for I had to get a new connection along with datacard.

    A guy showed up on 13 March 2010 evening. He was from Vriti Infotech. Although the prize mentioned on website is Rs.2299/- for datacard and no other charges have been mentioned, this guy charded me additional Rs.200 for installation. What bullshit?
    He showed me an sms saying that he had received instruction from his senior to collect Rs.2500 from me. What a big fraud they are.

    In addition to that, I was told by customer care that my office address proof will work for the address proof. But the guy denied that and said that a new address proof will be required which he will furnish with an additional Rs.150.

    Now how am I supposed to know that such a big fraud racket is going on in the market. I want reliance to answer this for me.

    The connection isn't working yet. I went to Reliance Store today and then I came to know all of this. I am feeling cheated and now I want my Rs.200+Rs.150 back at earliest.

    Hearing you Vriti Infotech suckers???

    Default Vriti Agency-Reliance Communication DataCard, Biggest Frauds

    Hi,
    My name is Aditya Pratap Bhuyan, who had purchased the Reliance High Speed Data Card -9343441641. I have purchased the device on the cursed date of 8th December 2009, from disrespected business partner Vriti Agency, Noida. Their sales executive Kavita Rani, had given me the following false information.
    1. I would get data speed of 3.1 MBPS
    2. No charge for browsing in day time ( I am in 10 gb night plan)
    3. I would get a full refund if the services are not up to the mark.

    The data usage speed I got was 0-10kbps.(You are welcome to check my data usage speed.)
    I was billed for browsing in day time.

    I tried calling and mailing Reliance Customer Care and Vriti Agency regarding the issues. I got no response for the mails from either side. While I used to call Vriti Agency they always given false promise to solve it next ten minutes or intentionally disconnecting the call. Finally, Vriti Agency Customer Care Head, Sumit , had spoken to me on 1st January 2010 and told that an Executive from there Bangalore operations will pick my device and replace it with a new one. Nobody visited me for several days. I kept on calling them. In between an executive from reliance visited me .He checked the device and found it to be faulty from technical side.

    Anyway, Mr. Danny from Vriti Agency had taken the device on the 6th January 2010 and assured me that, I will be get it replaced in next 2 business days. After that my real pain started. They never called me back. Daily I used to call Vriti, Noida, Vriti Bangalore and Reliance Customer Care. I have burnt my pocket by more than Rs. 2000/- by making calls already. The Vriti people are either disconnecting the call or telling some lies. Statement of their’s will always vary from person to person. Now they are completely denying to give the refund and not giving back the device. Now the cost of the device is Rs5400 = Rs 2000/- (Phone calls made to Vriti Agency) + Rs 3400(Cost of the device).

    I have 2 options
    1. I will lodge a police complaint, file a consumer suite
    And
    2. I will receive a new device with appropriate compensation.

    a) New Device

    b) 6 Months free usage

    Yes, you guessed it correctly, its RELIANCE Worse ever broadband, this is my geniune advice...please don't ever take it, go for TATA Photon + Awesome speed, i have suffered a lot during my 6 months span i have used tha pathetic datacard, don't go for it...its my sugesstion

    Post Every time our all data card limit finish in 5 minute, 15 minute ,30 minute,60 minute

    I had taken new data card on 21 dec2010(nearly) . Data card working nicely in three month.(till march2010). After march when i recharge our data card our all limit finish in a half hour or in one hour. In april month i had recharge our data card 5 times (3 times -250-250 Rs, two times 50,30 Rs.) . Till 25.05.10
    i had recharge our data card 9 times but all times our limit finish in a hour or half a hour(only using naukri website or gmail browsing.) . I had complaint many times but no response from your side. PL. look into the matter and do needful as soon as possible.

    Hi
    I Rakesh bought reliance data card in May 2010. From last one month i am getting network related problems like frequent disconnect/network drop etc. I have complaint around 4 times regarding this. Also i complaint to delhi nodal officer, also sent screenshort of speed test, but no any action taken by reliance team.
    some complain numbers are: 136046576, 135893141, 136681833. They are not taking any responsibility of customer.
    Reliance broadband plus data card is not providing proper speed, some times 90kbps, 60kbps like this.
