Hi,
I have purchased your Netconnect Broadband datacard on Sunday 28th June
2009 from Vriti Infocom (your online partner). They handed over my
documents to the closest webworld in Goregaon (where Vriti Infocom is
located). The documents were handed over on Monday 29th June and my
verification was done on Tuesday 30th June with a positive feedback. I
was informed by the verifier that my connection would be activated the
same evening.
However, my connection is still not activated after 9 days. In spite of
repeated complaints to the Reliance helpline and the vendor, nothing has
been done. I only get empty promises which are nothing but lies.
I have spoken to the following people in reliance who don't even have
the courtesy of maintaining a log of my calls made (Farooq Sayed, Rahul,
Chaitrali).
Anyways, the vendor (Vriti Infocom) as listed by you for online
purchases, is not only inefficient, they are thieves. I have been robbed
of my money. Can somebody do something here on a priority basis?
