    Default Tikona Broad Band disconnection | Feedback

    Hi,
    I took the broadband connection from Tikona Broad band services near abt three months ago, that time their executive promise me to give better services, however Now I am struglling no one get back to me from Tikona, I want to disconnect the services, and contacted two three times tikona customer care executive always get replied from them "“Sir the person who will talk to you regarding the disconnection is busy, please try later”.."

    Also I can see in my login, my service request is in process request number(SR Details for SR# 1-1790373683), and this request has looged in on 30/04/11
    and till now they have not take action, even I have paid the bill from 15/04/11 to 15/05/11 which was genuine, but further if disconnection request given on 30/04/11, then I am not responsible to pay after 15/05/11 bill amount which I have paid already, they should immediately freeze my bill after receiving my request on 30/04 which is the rule.

    I have very bad experience in terms of services also, i have requested three four times and follow with customer care to install wi-fi, but no one till now install wi-fi at my place.

    Now suggest, how I go futher, I am very frustated from this behaviour of tikona team.

    pl suggest me, also i have attached the mail which I sent in last three four days to tikona customer care and their nodal center, even now no-one get back to me from tikona team.

    what I do now ?

    I have called so many time in Tikona call centre but none has understood my problem in such better way then him. This person has understand my problem and solved my problem with resolution .He is very genuine person. This person is working very good and doing his job smartly. Request you to appreciate him and promote him. This person has taken my follow-up and he gave me call back and solved my problem. He is very much dedicated to his work. Request you to tell HR to keep this person as Role model and recruit Agents.
    I had been using Tikona for quite sometime, so far so good. However recently just had a little hitch in the device. But, as always your executives were quite helpful and quick with their response and attending our problem. Thanks.
    Value for money, good service and reliable and fast high speed internet, to say the least for Tikona. Keep up the quality!

    I was assured of a refund of rs. 1322 by tikona customer care executive and a few concerned officers, but instead they sent me a cheque of rs. 1000 with my name incorrectly printed which is of no use. The complaint is registered with tikona broadband... With sr.no: 1-1987095474. I need a quick solution of this problem. And yes i was told to mail the same to nodal officer's mail id but no reply yet .... I'm completely miffed with this company and it's non responsive customer care service

    Angry Tikona- The WORST ISP

    Hi All,

    Even after readings all these blogs here and there, I chose Tikona..don't know why? It has just been 10-12 days and I am repenting. After taking money, they do not recognize you. Trust me it's true. The local staff direct you to their customer care (???). In order to speak to the worst and the most unprofessional bas****s (yes, there's a bas**** named Chetan) there, u hv to wait for 8-10 mins, then they come on line, listen to ur story (yes, it's just another story for them), and then FO.

    Then u write email to them , u even attach the screenshot of ur prob., but they DO NOT REPLY.

    I paid Rs.500 as instl chrgs and 700 as adv usage chrgs. JUST waiting 2 use as much as I can to make up my Rs. 1200. Then will see which MF will come to me for money.

    JUST AVOID THEM. THEY ARE REAL CHEATERS...PATHETIC !!!

    Angry tikona broad band disconnection problem

    This is a complaint against Tikona digital networks.
    my user id for TDN is 1101231404
    registerd to Renu arora.
    I lodged a disconnection request on 1st nov 2011 and emailed twice the details of my account and complain request no.(1-2005597041) provided by customer care executive to customercare@tikona.in and emailed my request to the nodal officer as well but no progress is there and my bill is still increasin day by day even though ive not used it. Please help me out ive made several complaints and enquiries at 18002094276. Im really fed up wid d service. the customer care executive agreed to the fact that a complaint for disconnection is made on november 1 and the delay is due to uncertain factors and the complaint is forwarded to higher authority but no progress has been made after 42 days. plz suggest me some tips to get out of this.

    Refer to service reference no # 1-2014080281 and Conversation with Me on Two occasions. It is understood that you and your good office has last taken the complaint and resolved it. My wife joins with me to thank from bottom of Heart to the entire team of Mr Ashwin (officer) , Mr Shashank (kalyan AP Eng ) Mr .Ashish (eng) for their Efforts for Re- connecting me to entire world again and the team of billing officers ,staff for giving me the wavier of Rs.200/- towards interruption caused by Tikona.

    My name is K.R.Devaraju,- My tikona care user id -1101706362 i took the Tikona Internet connection and used it for 1 year. I wanted to disconnect and i have given them disconnection complaint by email to customercare@tikona.in as informed by customer care executive on 03 November 2011 . After that i have made more than 10 calls to the customer care, everytime they are saying that disconnection is in progress. And to my shock i received bill for usage for 15 November 2011 - 14 December 2011.When i called the customer care , they are saying to ignore it. Iam facing use stress due to this kind of behaviour from tikona care.Since it has been more than 45 days. Pls suggest me to get rid of this problem

    You are requested to close my connection . As I had already requested 25 times on tollfree number to close the connection . I dont understand why u are not closing the connection . Request ID for Disconnection is 1-2016791147 .

    This is abhijeet saha a resident of karol bagh New delhi.2 months back i ordered the installation of your service at street 17,Naiwala karol bagh,arya samaj road ,Newdelhi. The technical guy named chandan gupta (5000159030) came but without giving me demonstration he said that i will be getting connectivity and against his assurance i paid him cash amount of 1157/- on 28th jan 2012,and told me my connection will be instaled within three days and after 7 days none of the guys showed up,so i called again and finaly the techinacl guy came but to my surprise he told me that there is no connectivity in my area and they wont be able to provide me the service,i asked them to cancel my order and they said the money will be refunded within 15 days,but it has been almost 2 months and i havent recieved my refund,neither some one contacted me,after repeated reminder also i havent got any result,so i have no option rather to mail you and i will consecutively report it to consumer court.so please do take necessary action.

    Default Insensitive Customer Service

    Hi,

    I have been using Tikona for close to Two years now (Cust Id: 1101895962). I must say that the speeds are good and if you do not have a problem, then the connection works perfectly for you. But, if you have encounter a problem and have to go customer service, then you are in hands of God; only he can save you.

    I was using a Circuit Breaker Plan (CB499) and my usage exceeded the free usage and my speed was lowered from 2 Mbps to 64 Kbps. I called up the customer service to check for the procedure of upgrading the speed back and the answer was to but a recharge coupon from a retailer. Having no other go, I asked for the nearby retailer, I was given two choices. Though they were little far from where I stay, I visited them today. while one retailer had closed his shop, the second one(Chandra Trading @ Chanda Nagar) told me that he had got his voucher machine upgraded and he did not have Tikona in the new upgrade.

    I called up customer care again to find out if there are any other stores available in nearby vicinity, after checking for close to 10 minutes, we figured out that there was none. In fact the customer care executive made a remark saying that in Hyderabad, we have limited retailers. Having said that she told me that there is no point looking out for retailers, and I can recharge the account online through Credit Card. I was taken by surprise, if that was the case why was I asked to run my car and waste diesel. I could have done it sitting at home.

    I called up customer care and the same was told to me that if I pay my current bill, my speed will be restored to 2 Mbps back immediately. I felt happy and made a payment immediately. To my surprise, the speed was still 64 kbps. I called up customer care and the executive informed me that the speed will be restored in maximum of 30 minutes. Again the same did not happen, I called up the customer care and was diverted to technical team, stating that this is a tech issue. The tech guy confidently told me that my connection was on 2 mbps now. since I was out, I said will go home and revert on this.

    I returned home after couple of hours to find that I was still on 64 kbps. This was heights, I called up the tech support and from now on the discussion with the Tikona reps went for almost an hour. The billing guy would say everything is clear from our end and would forward my connection to tech team. the tech team would say it is billing issue and they throw me back to billing. i spoke to a gentleman called Kundan (Customer care) and he told me everything is clear from our end and connected me to a gentleman named Ashok who said that it is a billing issue and transfered me back to Rayeez of customer care.

    I was fed up of all these and asked Rayeez to connect me to someone senior to which he told me that there are no senior guys available. Can anyone imagine that a national ISP saying that it is run only juinor cadre guys and seniors don't come to office ? On a heavy tone from my end, he agreed to connect me to his senior. But, the call never went and was disconnected by the team.

    It was getting on to my nerves now, I called up the customer care again and spoke to one Mr. Abdul whom I asked to connect to Mr. Rayeez. the answer I got was Rayeez sits in a different centre and I can't transfer the call to him. I asked him to connect me to a senior for which he disconnected the call. diconnecting the call has been a famous art of the Tikona executives and I have seen plenty with this customer care only till now.

    I called up again and got connected to one Mr. Irfan. I asked him explicitly if he is in the same centre as Rayeez and he said yes. Based on hsi confirmation i asked him to connect to rayeez, for which he said that it is not possible and he will get a call back arranged from Rayeez in next 15 minutes. I waited for 15 minutes but like all other false promises of cutsomercare the call never came. I again dialled and got connected to another customer insensitive executive Mr. Abhishek. He told me that he will get a call back arranged by Rayeez. with my expereince, I knew it was certainly not going to happen so asked him to connect to someone senior for which I got an unimaginable answer. He told me that his work shift is over and he cannot transfer call anywhere and that I could now talk to Rayeez next day only. After threatening of a consumer forum approach, he was casual in saying that he cannot help.

    I had been pleading the customercare guys to restore my connection or atleast guide me to the way to get it retored but all of it went into deaf ears. the guys are not professional and most of them cannot speak good english too. And on top of it, it is evident that these guys don't get soft skill trainings. They frequently would disconnect the call if they do not like your voice. And it for these guys that the phrase goes "Promises are meant to be broken".

    I have been using this connection for close to 2 years now and I guess it is time to bid farewell to Tikona till they improvize on services.
