    Default No refund of money ffrom Airtel Broadband

    Respected Sir,
    I applied for airtel broadband connection in Udupi on April Last week 2011 and made a payment of Rs 500/- as connection chgs (payment made through cheque).. After one week the airtel authorities called me and told me that at my place of residence, giving airtel connection is impossible..So i asked them for refund since the cheque was already encashed...The airtel authorities told me on May 5 th 2011 that it would take 15-20 days for the refund. I called them 2 times after this.. On May 25 when i contacted them they told that it will take another 10 days more. So far no response from their side...

    The airtel official with whom i talked is Mr Suraj Karkera (919880034162)-- Town Manager - Udupi & Manipal Sales. I hope to get a resolution soon
