Sir,
I am facing problem due to sify broadband service provider. I opted for sify
broadband connection on June 26 2009 I paid about 2000 rs for instalation and first
month rent.The connection I opted is for 1 month unlimited plan.But the service
providers are not providing me with the service, eventhough I paid the whole amount.
Daily I use to call customer care but no progress by there side. They cheated me.
Even I am demanding for refund of my money but they are not doing it. My customer
regestration no. with sify is 653870 by the name of R.Rajeev. I request for your
kind help...
