Hi,

This is to inform you that for the last four days I'm experiencing technical
snags. My internet connection is neither stable nor getting speeds that my
plan should have. Its not the first time I'm writing to you. After calling
your executives persistently since the time this problem started, they have
managed to respond to my problem at last now. Sir, I earn my living working
through internet. If you understand my situation, please do something about
my connection. Though the connection is stable for more than 40 minutes, I'm
sure it will become unstable by the night or next morning. Moreover I'm
really concernd about my speed also since i usaually join video conferences.
Its a part of my work.

Two tests have been taken within 1 minute to check broadband speeds. While
tests taken on MTNL sites never show what actually is downloading speed, i
have found one site that even manages to check the downloading speeds as
well. Both tests are attached. I dont think my downloading speed is worth
Rs. 1200 - Rs. 1400. I wont mind paying even Rs. 2000 if the speed promised
by you is achievable on my side and of course connection stability too
matters.

Also a lillte suggestion for you people. Give training to your executives on
"how to speak with customers?" They lack manners and carry a lot of
attitude.
