Hi

I live in Bangalore, Kundalakall area. Few months ago, Reliance broadband people
came and installed the dish and put holes in my wall to get the wire etc and
installed the broadband and left my house. After that they never showed up and
activated the connection. Finally after a series of calls, they told us there no
'feasibility' in my area. That means no reliance broadband can work here in this
area. I have close 4000Rs/- checque and they have encashed it and never refunded it.
On top of that now every month they send me bill in the courier!!!

Can you please help us resolve this issue? Please let me know the process.
