I am highly impressed with the services provided by MTNL as there tag line says "Lifeline of delhi" which is totally lifeless and so as there employees.
I am using MTNL broadband since 2 years and in these last 2 years i got atleast 15 modem changed. Recently as per the on going issues with there network they have always ensured that there none of the customers goes unattended out of the SLA (which they don't follow).

It's been a month that i am not able to use Broadband and telephone and i have received a bill for the plan that i have opted. I am really fed up as i have send email to GM and AGM and no has cared to reply to email or action on my complaints.
