Dear Sir,
I am highly disatisfied customer of "SIFY". I have taken this connection 2 years back from local service provider "JYOTI COMPUSYS" and I must say this is after a harrasment of 2 years I am compelled to write this to you due to improper or no service by ISP.
After writing several mails & calling customercare of sify I got internet recharged which has been the same case since 2 years. The moment I paid for the recharging my internet worked momentarily or temporarily as in it works for some time and after that it stops sometimes when I am middle of something.
Today on 11-Jul-09 evening I and my sister went to service providers place had to finght to get it activated for which he replied "nahin karunga chalu jo karna hain kar lo" and after lots of arguments and fight when he came to my place he said "theek hai peche se chalu kar deta hun" which clearly states his intentional behaviour to not letting us to use internet.
Secondly, the speed of internet is very very slow ie:- it takes 5 min for any page to open. Though, I have taken unlimited downloading plan but since internet is not working since 15 days I am unable to day anything.
This is not the first time I have raised a complaint against SIFY. But I am sure there like previous complaints there wont be any action for this also.
Kindly look into the matter and please help in getting justice and compensation for the time I have lost in all this troublesome work.
I want to claim compensation for the MENTAL AGONY & HARRASMENT sify has caused to me and my family due to which we have to run from pillar to post. My IMAGE that has HAMPERED due to my arguments with the ISP.
Please help me out. A HIGHLY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER BUT CONFIDENT ABOUT THE JUSTICE.
