    Exclamation Reliance Data card

    Dear Sir,
    I am Ramesh,One of the Reliance data card customer My Data card number is 9327116828,
    Initially I used freedom plan, recently I changed my plan from freedom to Swift 40,
    That day onwards I were faced so many problems for connections and I made so many complaints to the customer service regarding data card more 100 calls to customer service.

    After 4 months struggle Technical service send the service engineer to check the data card. He has checked and suggested to go service center,This 4 months my usage is very less due to your data card problem and I paid my monthly bill without using the data card.

    The service center engineer has told this data card is hardware problem It should not rectified you have to replace your data card in reliance world. Regarding this things I made a complaint to customer service also. If the problem is identified at the first month
    I never loss nearly Rs 2000.00 and I can replace the data card also and iam not faced any mental torture.

    This 4 months I faced so many mental torture from your customer service as well as I lost so many communications from my side. Again I have to spend Rs 2000.00 for getting the new data card (Mental Torture).

    I were tried so many times for reliance nodal officer number it is always busy finally I get the Fax No and I send the fax also,
    but there is no reply.

    Now what I have to do? Give me the suggestion.

    Default Reliance does not bother of repeated compalints

    Sir, I am Rafiullah Khan Using reliance Data card with No 9345177810, I am based at Villupuram , Tamilnadu.
    I am using reliance data card, since quite some time, more than 06 months,
    i do recharge that prepaid data card for Rs1099/- on a regular basis,
    the data card is used only for checking email, browsing only.
    It is connected only to my LAPTOP with windows vista OS.

    Recently, I recharged the same on 09-09-09 for Rs1099/-
    the internet did not connect since 16-09-09 Wednesday, today it got
    connected as i have recharged it for Rs111/- ,
    Today, 22-09-09 also I recharged for Rs111/-
    Just Imagine a customer recharging 1099 x 12 months is paying 13200/- per year - In spite of this frequent top us are just looting ,
    the data card just gets disconnected and works only after a top up ,
    Imagine using RELIANCE DATA CARD IS EXPENSIVE THAN YOUR ELECTRICITY BILLS , WHEN YOU COMPLAIN OF YOUR PROBLEM - RELIANCE DOES NOT BOTHER.
    SEARCH FOR THE LOCAL CONTACT NUMBER FOR THEIR LOCAL OFFICE ON GOOGLE - YOU MAY NOT GET DETAILS-
    Local dealers do not help you, they Magnanimously suggest to contact THE SO CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT - BUT IT IS REALLY CUSTOMER HARASSMENT.

    People in so called reliance customer support -they do do not bother to respond,
    I have sent emails many times. They do not bother to reply or rectify. Are they ABOVE LAW.

    The internet did not connect since 16-09-09 Wednesday, I got
    connected as i have recharged it for Rs111/- ,

    This is gavisiddesh from karnataka,actually i changed my datacard plan 400 to Unlimited..
    But How to check the Plan changed or not....please help me....
