The Reliance NetConnect Broadband Team

My name is Himani Saini and my connection number is 9374589262.I had taken the connection from Gandhinagar,Gujarat in August 2010 and i have been doing in the cash payment at the reliance centers but since February 2011 my payments are being done from Reliance outlet,Ajmer.I have a National plan and as the company quotes to pay the bill from any of the centers i being a loyal customer paid all my bills on time.What i have suffered is an addition of late fine every month , my connection getting barred during my exams , harassing calls from the centers during office hours.I have politely so many times registered my complaint to the Reliance customer care but even for this month i have received late fine , a mail that i have not paid the bill.My only question is are u really reliable??? should i still continue with the service ? We all can threaten each other but the point is we don't improve doing this.Please bring notice to this problem and till the time no solution will come i will spread my word to each forum possible so that people should know what a mistake it is to be a Reliance customer.
