I have been hearing this escalation story from past four months whenever I call up customer 'care' or sent emails to Reliance.
Where has this been escalated to?
Who is the point of contact?
What the concerned person's email or phone number?
How do I do a follow up?
Why can't you check with the area sales manager and arrange for the payment?
For sending a cheque back to me why you need FOUR months and so much of escalations?
Don't you guys have a process? This is pathetic..!!!!!

I had paid 500INR cheque as the entry charges for broadband connection on 15 April 2011. After that no response from received from Reliance side, called up the customer care 14 times, sent 2 emails to customer care id; no use. Everytime I speak to an 'officer' he/she would say that the complaint has been escalated and the concerned team will call me back. Three times i got tha call for verification, and on day i got a call that tommarow we will come for connection, but till now nobody came, and the person who called me if i am going to call him, he is not going to redieve my call.
It’s been more then one now and I'm sure that the connection wont be given, and already they have taken money from my account. the person (jaikumar) who has taken cheque from me left his job, he gave me another person number, rohit or Lohith (9742616636), raghu (9379917264). the person who has taken cheque from me did not give me application number.
Why do such a big firm like Reliance want to play with people's hard earned money? I'm sure this is not a lonely case and so many 500s would add upto a huge amount. Is this how you planning to make quarterly profits?
Now i dont want your connection, please give my money back to me.

Dear Service Provider,
I have filed 3 complaints regarding broadband connection problem. I am unable to use the internet for the past 3 days. In spite of filing continuous complaints, no steps have been taken yet and there is no response from Reliance. My Consumer number is 382824014232. I need waiver of my bill amount for the days of connection failure.
Also I want to bring into your notice that I have taken 1 Mbps Plan but the internet speed is comparatively low and I experience frequent disconnections. Kindly take necessary steps to resolve the same.

We have taken a rel BB connection , while activation they may say llike this is a 699plan and there will a hidden charge of INR 1000.
