From the first day when i got the broadband installed at my home it was not working and i started complaining to no avail. Due to lack of any response i decided to close both my landline and broadband connection with MTNL and deposited a surrender request for both telephone and broadband at chanakya puri exchange The copy of recieving of 02/04/09 is with me . Till date this connection has not been discontinued and am continuously recieving bill which i am not paying. Called up the exchange but they hv asked me to visit them and this is not possible. Your help is requested
will not pay the bills am recieving and need refund of my original security deposit. Due to improper working of broadband could not efficiently do my office work frm home.

I had got a new Broadband connection (TriB 599 Combo) from MTNL Delhi 2 weeks ago. Ever since it’s installation I started facing severe problems in Network connection. I had made so many complaints to MTNL Customer care but instead of healing it they give excuses. Finally I’m forced to make complain to you as they had no solution for me.

I have applied for triband combo plan (599 Rs/-) 6 months earlier(during offer period) but it is not installed at my residence address. I had already visited Burari MTNL exchange but they that they will install but no one came to do so.
I HAVE SEND THIS MESSAGE AS EMAIL TO senior MTNL OFFICER at their email address amsnn1@bol.net.in (Sh.Anup Kumar Area manager SHAKTI NAGER DELHI) and gmrhn@bol.net.in (Sh. 1) I have made application at Mukharjee Nagar Sanchar Haat 6 month earlier.
2) After 15 days I visited BURARI Telephone exchange to know the status of application , but get to know that lines in my area are not working properly so they will install after every thing is fine.
3) when nothing happen i revisited and they said that they will not install at all as customer's from that area lodge too many complaints .
I can't understand that why i am denied from service ? why no landline is installed or even no one just visited my locality to see is their any real problem.
I have not been informed about any such unavailability of service in my area also their are few persons in my area that are using MTNL'S s broad band service.
They have suggested me to pay the local line man 1000 rs and he will take care of all the issues. is that acceptable ?
