    Angry Complaint Against Airtel for delay in installation

    I had applied for a new Airtel broadband connection (2mbps DSL) at Koramangala branch office of Airtel. (CEF no: TBLR 239250, Dt: 12/05/2011, SP/DP No: KEB01201). I have paid them an advance of Rs 1299 for the same on 12th May 2011. The manager had informed me that it will take 7 days for installation. But it's been almost been 3 weeks yet the connection is not been installed. I have spoken to the manager and even visited their branch office 3 times in past 2 weeks but every time I get a new excuse. They have told me 3 times that they would be sending the technician to my home and I took a half day from office, yet they didn't turn up. Then the manager stops picking up my call.

    I thus kindly request you to please look into the matter as this continuous harassment has left me no option but to approach you.
