my name is tarun bhatia
and my landline number is 01125440833(this number is on my father's name Mr. Vijay Bhatia)
i activated a plan of 4mbps on 1april on my landline
for which i am not even getting 1.5mbps speed
i requested this matter to the customer care
but instead of helping me out they gave me a series of phone numbers to contact and resolve my issue which were of course was no help
next time they gave a list of email ids to mail them my issue again of no use
then they told me to visit near sanchar haat where i went but no one was egar enough to even listen to my issue
now they have billed me a sum of Rs 4000/- nearly charging me a sum for 4 mbps
which i never got
i was even threatened to pay my bill which i am not willing to pay completely as i never got my entire speed which i demanded
the representatives @ MTNL are lazy and ignorant
i have given all hopes and i am not calling any body else now even if i receive reply to call anyone in this thread i know that will be of no use these people are just passing there time by not doing there jobs properly reflectance is a part of there nature now
this is my last try to get my issue resolved else i'll directly move to the consumer court
