    Angry Airtel Broadband complaint

    Hi,
    My landline number is 080-41691268 in Bangalore.
    I took an Airtel Broadband connection on 16th May,2011.

    Within 2 hours the connection stopped working and phone went dead.
    2 days and 10 complaints later and after talking to escalation managers and floor managers and cancellation departments, they finally resolved the problem.

    Later i realised, that my 2 pen drives have gone missing when they came for installation.

    Again on 26th May, the phone goes dead.
    2 days later still i have not received any resolution from the Airtel customer care.
    The calls keep getting transferred from 1 department to another.

    I have lost valuable data due to stolen pen drives, i have been mentally harrased, stressed, completely angry since the day i got this Airtel broadband connection.

    I am fed up and i have asked for a cancellation. For that also, they say that the department lines are busy so we cannot transfer your call.

    I want Airtel to refund my installation amount, give me compensation for my stolen pen drives and I am not going to pay any bills for any usage.

    Hope this issue gets resolved asap.

    i got a call from airtel head office and they told me about a plan of rs 599 in which we will get unlimited internet usage. it will provide a speed of 2 mbps for 5 gb and after dat it will give 256 kbps. i agreed to the plan and now they are not giving me tha plan. i have called 121 more than ten times and they olways say that we dont have any such information. my id is ankitdudeja13@yahoo.in

    Default OverCharging and Fraud done by Billing Department Airtel

    Hello

    My LL phone number is 08042141294.

    I asked airtel for a shift of broadband from one location to another (after being promised that this will be done in 3 days). The transfer could not be completed till 11 days. Airtel charged me INR 300 for shifting of broadband as well as for all 11 days i was out of internet service as airtel couldn't had not shifted my landline. Upon waiting for complaint regarding same (10-14 days) they asked me to pay INR 75 as late fee.
    Fed up with all their issues i asked them that i would like to discontinue their service. They offered me a better plan (swift 899) with additional 20% discount as other vendor was providing me service at about same price. They also offered a waiver of 1 months bill due to overcharging caused. At which i decided to continue services of airtel. Now even after waiting for one more month neither plan has changed yet and they are asking me to submit waived off bill. and upon raising the same concern to 121@airtel.in multiple times I just receive an acknowledgement email with a number attached and no resolution.
    What action could be taken against airtel and what would be procedures for the same?
