we have been using internet connection from nov-09. we paid an amount of rs.7747 for nov-09 & dec-09. when we recd. our bill for rs.7747 on 15-01-2010 we stopped using internet connection and later opted for discoonection but wnhen we received our bill for jan-2010 the bill was shown as rs.3466 for internet even thought we stopped using it from 15-01-2010. we want to get the complete detail about the bill for jan-2010 else we will not make the payment and will take legal action

Subject: Regarding non-cooperation / negligence providing new telephone connections in our society since many months now.
Respected Sir / Madam,
This is Mayur Bhagia, a resident of VED Bunglows, Nana Chiloda Ahmedabad. I am writing this letter on behalf of my society residents. Our's is a 2 year old society comprising 109 bunglows.
In the month of October, 2009, i had shifted to the new house, and had requested for a bsnl landline connection and a broad band connection. But Naroda Telephone Exchange officers replied that as there is no cable in that area basic phone and broad band is not technically feasible, hence they provided us with WLL Connections and WLL Internet.
The WLL Connection and Internet is signal based and is not reliable and gets disconnected often and whole society is suffering from poor WLL Services.
In the month of Feb 2010, all the society residents visited the exchange to request for providing us with wired landline and broadband instead of WLL Connection. The Public Relation Officer replied that if we have request from atleast 10 houses then they can think of inserting cable and providing us with Landline. The society unitedly acknowledged the request by PRO and we had filled 15 forms on 22nd February, 2010.
The BSNL technical staff visited the society in feb, 2010 and requested Chairman and Secretary to allow them digging the footpath in the society which was immediately permmitted by our Secretary Mr. C.S Rajput. The staff said we will start the work immediately.
But its one month to the visit of technical staff and no progress has been made in providing the connections.
Our society is located on main road, National Highway no 8 on one side and Airport road on other side. We dont see any technical hitches in inserting the cable. Still we there is no progress,
We hereby request you to pls interfere and look into the matter and update us regarding the steps being taken by Naroda Telephone Exchange, technical team.

i have asked details about an offer given by bsnl.
but they told there was no such offer at all and when i went with proof they told yes but the offer is over and when i argued with them they never remembered when i came.
and they are cheating the costumers all the time.
the fraud officers are
jayanthi(regional officer)
mythili(staff in booking counter)
and man (staff in booking counter)
i want the concerned authorities to take a serious act on them.
at last the man admitted his mistake.
but jayanthi is an irresponsible fraud.
i had attached the photo of the offer to which i was denied to ..
Despite of complaint about disconnections of BSNL broadband, No complaint resolution since last one month. Re-registred the complaint for more than 4 times on their 1504 no. It was committed that the action will be taken within 48 hours. but after 6 days. the situation is the same.
If it is not resolved within the day or two, I am planning to switch over to other service provider.
BSNL service back up is pathetic.

I have a facing of problems till Last month (5/3/2009 to till dated) my Internet was connect or auto disconnect to 5/6 hours. Some time they were disconnected for full day. I will complete your all customer complaint numbers (1957,01812232368,9417802269,9417805454,0181200200 1) they was do some action but he was not found the problem then I will compliant model town exchange. But he was being not found my Internet problem what will be have. Pleas guide me what can I do then solve my problem. Other wise disconnect my connection
Kindly request you please waver of my last month or till month rental till dated as per as earlier because I can’t use the Internet properly.

This is HemaBhushan, a resident of Venkateswara Nagar, 4th Cross Street, Ramapuram, Chennai. I am writing this letter to inform you about the most worst customer care services provided by BSNL.
My landline no. is 044-24762769. I am in BSNL 500C Broadband plan(i.e. 2mbps). When I took this, that time I was not using Broadband that much extensively, but when I am trying to use it now the download speed was max. going between 1kbps to 50kbps. For this I had given complaint in BSNL ( Complaint No. is 58069647 ). This complaint was given almost one month back. But so far no action was taken. Almost I followed up 30 times.
I am very sorry to bring this to your notice. Hope atleast this time proper action will be taken.

Appellate Officer gave me hundreds of reference numbers with assuarance to revert back within 24 hours. 24 hours never began and never ended.

writing a mail to you with a hope that you are my last resource for help.
i got a new broadband connection in the month of feb 2010. i Paid 1000rs for the modem. they installed the connection when i was not in home and they kept a old used modem which is not working. i raised a complaint and a lady came to my home and said every thing is ok she was not ready to listen to me. I am a network engineer and know the fault is with the modem it takes a long time to initialize. i again raised a complaint they said you should have got a new modem but no clue why you got a pretty old modem. they gave me a number to call to get a new modem044-22440000 and 22553434 and asked me to talk to ibrahim but for the past three days just trying and no one picks up the phone. very poor customer service. please look into my issue
I called the numbes 04422501444 and 9445013696 they are picking up the phone and disconnecting the line. i am being treated worse. i am helpless for the past 10 days

I an very old and serious customer of BSNL broadband service. My tel no. (0343)2569684 and my customer no. 369820. I an a SAIL executive and I applied for 20% rebate on broadband plan (Home-250) on 24.08.2009 through Durgapur Steel Exchange customer care with all relevant documents. But unfortunately till 21.04.2010 no such rebate is provided by BSNL. I personally meet SDO(phones), Durgapur Steel Exchange Every month but no initiative is awarded from his end till today. So, that i am still paying more rental and not able to get the facility provided by you. You are cordially requested to look into the matter at the earliest as i am not getting any help from SDO(phones),Durgapur Steel Exchange.
