    Default Complaint regarding bsnl modem

    This is in regard to broadband complaint for modem. I got BSNL broadband connection in Mar 2010. Few days back, the modem stopped working . The modem is of Beetel brand (BSNL brand only).

    I gave telephonic complaint stating about the faulty modem and its replacement. I went personally to BSNL office sec 17 and sec 34,Chandigarh and enquired about it but i didn't get any response. The modem belongs to BSNL brand,its not customer fault if any fault comes without our involvement. This issue hampered my official work and also creating trouble in my work further. No action had been taken till date. I am BSNL customer for 15 years and this issue is a big concern for me now.My land line no is 0172 2711063 . Pl. replace my modem or refund the modem amount to the earliest.

    Default New connection not provided

    I have booked for an Landline connection with Broadband before 40 days.I paid Rs.1800 for the subscription and was promised that the connection would be active with a week.But still now No one has turned up.I called a cell phone number provided by the agent who had collected the money for my new connection. they said the line man of may loclity was on leave on the 10th day..now its more than month still the line man has not returned it seems...are they kidding me....and the official whom I am speaking with doesnot respond properly either and doesnot let me speak...he speak wat ever he wants to and disconnects the call....



    All I need is the nodal officer's number of my locality.

    From 3 years I have been loyal customer with BSNL, virar; but they are not providing good broadband service 50 % of the time the service is not up, why are they taking full money if they are unable to provide the 100% service.
    please let me know whom can I contact so as to get good BSNL broadband service.

    Angry BroadBand Complaint

    I have a problem with my brodband connection failure daily and is very frequently right from the day it was installed. And my area comes under VRCE Exchange, Nagpur.I have met personally to the concerned Officers / Engineers/ Line-mans etc. personally as per their directions (Since they do not attained my phone calls on working days in working hours.).And about 45-60 days are passed, but BSNL did not solved the problem till date. There no one who is responsible for any type of issues or the problems facing or reported by the customer.Whenever I am going to do work on Internet the net is not working properly and I am facing the problems from the first day of installation.Similarly I have paid the outstanding bill charges (through duplicate bill) though I did not receive the original bill by post. Hope atlease one BSNL authority will read this bolg.

    MY PLAN 500 COMBO 1.5GB DAY USAGE; NIGHT 2AM TO 8AM UNLIMITED.MISTAKE IN MARCH MONTH BILL

    my speed is 2mbps which means i can able to download 256KB/sec.....accordind to my speed ...for 1hour it can download 600MB upload nearly 20MB,,,,,
    actual on 20th to 21st start session is 11;03pm end session is 7;21am.....total downloaded is 4.3GB...from 11 to 7.21 ....8hr30mints......in tat 11 to 2am chargeabl time nearly 3hrs.....i never download on tat time...according to bsnl A.O they charged in tat hours but practically impossible to download 4.3GB in that time(3hrs)....in 3hrs at maxium 1.8gb can be dowloadable ....but my lap top will download from 2 -8am only i hav scheduler from 2-8am only k may be internet active from 11;03pm...for example u see in 20th start session 2.06am end session 8,00am downloaded is 4,7GB.from tis u can understand it downloaded from 2-8am may b internt connected from 11;03pm k.....same mistake happened 23-24march 11.30pm -7.30am k....i hope u can understand now

    they charged for nearly 9gb.....1GB cost 200rupees.....20-21march 4.3GB,,, 23-24march 4.7GB.......this is technical error....if i downloaded in tat session 11-2am...on both time...maxium possibility is 3.6GB totally..BUT THEY CHARGED FOR 9.6GB.... im sure i never download from that session ...

    here with you inform to you that my bsnl broadband compaint last 1 month
    its make problems on bussiness
    its don't have much speed ,wifi problems
    its not working properly
    so you are request pl solve it urgent basis

    I have taken BSNl broad band connection oneand half month before. But great thing is from last one month there is no connectivity. I had bring this to the concerned people in yeshwanthpur branch office. but they didn't attend and solved the problem. Iam fedup with BSNL's worst service. Really from last one month I had complainted nearly 20 to 25 times. but no reply. what to do. complaint No. 0412/911.

    for coman people like us dont know to whom to complaint about this. because we want right person who wish to solve this problem.

    Hi Team,
    My name is nitin arora and i m presently residing in birmingham (UK). My family are in jalandhar (punjab),they need a internet so we approach to manjit singh, he is employee of BSNL and he sell internet dongels..from the begining he is missguiding us.he visited 4 or 5 times in our house for demo...after purchasing

    he said i charge 200 rs for every visit so give me 1000/- extra for my visits then i ll give u ur connection.....then we setteled on 500/-....then next day my wife called him for activisation of dongel..then his wording was give me 2000/- bribe then ill activate ur sim..

    So he is demanding bribe from my wife to activate sim becoze we already paid full amount to him so thats why he is blackmailing us...
    We dont know anything about him where he sit and belong we know only his name and phone no.

    Angry Poor service

    my internet is not working now for more than a week and nobody is responding to my calls......
    on first day the number was buzy, then next day they picked up the call and said they will come and see the problem but after that they are not picking up my calls.......

    speed bilkul km hai net ki. 1350 vala broadband ka pack hai 4mbps vala speed 10kbps aati hai
    cafe ka kaam vaise hai agar speed slow aaie to hme broadband htwana padega

    Angry bsnl boardband

    I used 750 unlimited bsnl board band But 02/05/2012,iits not working,i 7 times complaint note down on 1504.but thats problem not resolved yet.i contionus charged for board band services.but i didnt used due to line failure of bsnl in murlipura.so suggesstion me that how to take action on bsnl.
