i had submited application for bsnl unlimited broad and BSNL land line together , as per bsnl offcial there was no waiting and they will give connection on next day after submitting application but application submited on 10day back still they not given any connection

i am using 500C plan of BSNL Broad Band.

i have unlimted download from 0200-0800hrs.

on 21th of oct 2009, i have been charged when i have downloaded between my unlimted period.
means every time it shows 0KB download when i download between 0200-0800,but on this date it shows 321 MB download between 0159-0230hrs.

it may be noticed that i have been started downloading a minute earlier the unlimited period,but according to my knowledge any plans like this always keep track of time,means i may be charged for 1mint download before 0200 hrs,but i have been charged also after 0200hrs.

n one thing also that when my unlimited time overs means after 0800 i always been charged for 1 minutes also,so they keep track of closing time but not of starting time.

so,please its my humble request,look into the matter and do the needful.

Iam an bsnl customer. i have applied for broadband connection on 1.7.2010 .they have installed the modem on 10.7.2010.so far we didnt got the connection .so i request you to give the connection as soon as possible.

We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send / submit a written application to the Area manager of BSNL, mention all the details in it, supporting document and ask them for the proper solution within the mentioned time in the notice.
Wait for their response and revert us back.

I am having BSNL land line since 12 years.I applied for bb connection through online on 18/10/10.After repeated complaint no connection established.So I complaint to nodal officer ,no responce from there also.So I complaint to appellate authority on 30/12/10. Now on 10/1/11 I recived letter from appellate 'appear for hearing' in person/authorized on 10/1/11 itself.I am not appear because of late intimation.Is it must to appear before appellate authority ? I am more than 400 km far from that place.

i would like to let you know that i have opted for bsnl broadband on 16th dec2010 but it gor installed on 1st january and billing i received is from 21st dec to 31st december that too of rs1000 ..... doesnt it sounds rubbish to you and there is no one helping us... please help us unless i file a coplaint or case against bsnl

I am residing in Russelpuram near Balaramapuram. I have applied for a broad band connection with Land Line (UDAAN) (last August 2010) on Balaramapuram BSNL Mela, But there was no response for the Authority for a while, so I inquired and a line man came and told that there was no worker for digging the land for connection and also said that it requires 250meters of cable for post connection. There was no response so far. I go to the BSNL office Balaramapuram several times but no action was taken. So kindly take this letter as a Request and do the needful procedure as soon as possible.

This is in regard to BSNL scheme for govt employees/retired govt employees for giving 20 percent discount in broadband connection. I opted for this scheme on nov 2009 but till date i got no discount in my bill.

I gave application on nov 2009 with all documents attached. I went personally to BSNL office sec 17 and sec 34,Chandigarh thrice but i didn't get any response. No one could justify this negligence and told that the procedure is in progress. I filed an application in RTI to CPIO BSNL sec 34 Chandigarh in jun 2010 for the same and got the answer that they verified the application.Due to BSNL new portal system,this inconvenience took place and this issue has been redirected to the concerned authority. But no action till date had been taken on this issue. It had been a year almost with no action. I am BSNL customer for 15 years and this issue is a big concern for me now.My land line no is 0172 2711063 . Pl. give me commutative discount from the date i opted for the scheme.


With due respect, i am writing this letter to you as no one had taken any action for this issue till date which is just consumer harassment . Kindly take necessary action for the same else i got no option but to knock the doors of consumer court afterwards.

I have applied for BSNL broadband 625/- home UL plan in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. I paid 500/- (security deposit) + 625/- (one month advance rental). I was told BSNL is not giving the modem on rent, BSNL is also not providing the basic fone. I was also told purchase both of them from outside. But my friends in Jarkhand took the modem on rent and they were provided the basic fone with in the security deposit of Rs 500/-. Why such a difference among the different states by the same company.

Hi,

This is Rakesh here. I am owning BSNL Landline (Ph. No. 080-26612113) cum Broadband connection for the past 18 months.

I had lodged a cpmlaint with BSNL, Shankarpuram exchange Bangalore quoting faulty landline and broadband connection since 20 days. However, the BSNL service person arrived after 10 days of repeated complaints and was able to fix only the landline fault but not the broadband.

Broadband fault still remains and not knowing what to do for the solution, i am planning to surrender my connection shortly.

expect timely support from your end or else, i am going ahead with surrendering my connection.
