Hello Sir/Madam,

I have changed my address from Sanghvi to Tukai Tekadi region, Pune and because of non availability of BSNL landline connection, I have given cancellation form on 07/07/2011 in Hadapsar Ind. estate telephone exchange. They have made it as effective from 18/07/2011. I paid a deposit of Rs.999/- within which June month bill Rs.640/- was adjusted. I enquired about remaining amount and they have told that it got adjusted since I used it until 18/07/2011. My telephone itself was not available in the previous residential address and internet was not used for that 18 days. How can they deduct Rs.350/- from my deposit amount?

After changing the broadband plan from BBG 250 to Home C UL 625 they send me the bill in old plan from last 2 months. How can be they be so careless????? Is it a matter of joke?????
