My internet connection is not working since June 6th, 2009. I've paid all my bills on time and complains have been registered with BSNL and have personally spoken to Mr. Shimpy and SDE of Vasai. The complain numbers are as follows. 1. Docket # 2246 (dt 6th June, 2009) 2. Docket # 2286 (dt 8th June, 2009) 3. Call to 1500 (BSNL Cust Care No), Complaint Number 341807 The above said person are least bothered about customers and still maintain that if the you're getting DSL lights on your modem then it's a fault with your modem. Wherein I've tested the same modem at my acquaintance's place, where it works absolutely fine. They still maintain that it's my modem/router's (NETGEAR DG834Gv4)problem.
