I am Prem, I brought a TATA DOCOMO 3G connection on 18th April after submitting all the documents they asked. But I was not able to connect internet from the 7th day. Then I tried to contact customer care, the stupid customer care gave me around 15 alternative contact numbers to deal with this problem. I tried all these customer care numbers and nobody is well aware about 3G connections. Finally I went to a customer care center near BTM and find out my address is not in their data base.Finally I resolved the problem by submitting new document.

My second and main problem is,

My 3G connection is 7.2Mbps and I have recharged the by paying 1500 Rs/-
But, most of the time internet is connecting in to 124Kbps and I can get 3.8Mbps rarely. (3.8Mbps is the maximum speed they can provide if you select a 7.2Mbps connection.) In last 3 weeks I got 3.8Mbps speed only 4-5 days and remaining 16 days internet was available with 122-124Kbps.
What can I do? Stupid customer care is not able to solve my problem and they are blocking my number.
How should I react? Please help ..
