I have filled about 20 complaints on the issue related to the Reliance WiMAx
Broadband connection. I can give details of each call and the duration and
amount spent on each of the call the the customer care.

Connection was taken in the month of January 2009 and the first bill payment
was for amount Rs 3367/- through cheque. After the very first 2 days the
problems started and i have to call customer care every second day, becasue
internet was not working.

Finally, fed up with the service a raised a request for disconnection in the
second week on January and was told that it will be disconnected within 15
days. But, no one turned up till feb end.

Again, the same process of calling the customer care started and after
taking to someone from Bombay, I think Priya, she convinced me to give
reliance one more change and conitnue the service. I agreed, to give it a
try ones more, but that was a bad decision on my part.

Again, a payment of Rs 1,125/- was made on 11/04/2009 by Cash. Receipt:
37166.

But, the trouble continues and the service is same as before. Then finally,
i raised a disconnection request on 12 April and the connection was
disconnected on 26th April and all the equipments ( Antenna and splitter)
were collected back.

Now, one more nusance is created by Customer Care guys, by calling me and
saying that your payment for Rs 2000/ something is due.

I have faced enough harassment and has spend about Rs 200/- on calls to
customer care. I have log details of each call and can be provided on
request.
