    Default Airtel BROADBAND EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE :Complaint number-46155850

    Hi,
    This is to inform that I am being harrassed by AIRTEL BROADBAND servcies, which are extremely poor.I got my connection for Airtel Broadband on 05th May 2011, it has been 5 days by now and no Engineer visit has been arranged. Customer Care @121 / 0120-4444121 keep on committing timelines since last 2 days. This is horrible and so unfriendly for Consumers. I am shocked to see this, as I assumed AIRTEL to be best BROADBAND service provider.

    I got this connection for Business purposes and I have suffered loss of approximately Rs 30000 in these 5 days. I would take legal action against AIRTEL to bear this loss caused due to their negligence and ignorance.Complaint Complaint number-46155850

    Default poor airtel internet connection

    sir. this is to bring to your information that since last 1 month my broadband internet connection has been very poor.
    whenever i'a surfing or watching online movies the connection gets disconnected because of which i have to log onto all in-progress sites once again. this kind of problem was not there earlier.
    if there is any problem from my computer side then let me know or at least inform me the remedy for the problem.
    i shall be very grateful to.
    overall i have no other problems . airtel services have been a no complain one.

    Dear Sir/Mam,I am the user of airtel broadband services by more than 3 years now. But from the past 2 months i was facing the problem of "FREQUENT DISCONNECTION" in my net. I registered my complaint with airtel regarding this. First action taken was the change of the modem, when after changing the modem the problem was not solved i lodged a complaint again then my net wiring was changed but unfortunately after this too the problem was coming. I called airtel again regarding the same problem occurring again & again they said it will be looked into but after that no executive visited to check the problem i got calls from the back office of airtel saying that the problem is from back office because of which i am facing this problem and they assured me that this will be rectified. But despite of my regular complaints booked my problem was not resolved and till now it is not resolved.The complaint number are as follows : 1210246 and 1899708. I want to know that why these complaint numbers are still not looked into despite of my regular complaints.Airtel is really checking my patience from the past two months. I have suffered heavy monetary losses while doing my transactions online due to frequent disconnection in my net. And i have mentioned this to the executives to whom i have talked regarding my complaint. I have suffered monetary and mentally due to airtel. I am very much fed up now.Now i am getting calls from airtel that my bill of above Rs.1200 is pending of the past 2 months. Why should i pay the bill when i have not used my net. What is the action that airtel has taken on my complaint. The executive said that my complaint has been escalated to the higher authorities and still then nothing has been done till yet, are the higher authorities only there to make money and not to look into this matter which has a time span of 2 months. Suggest me what should a consumer do in this situation.     Dear Sir/ Madam,
    With utter disappointment ,I want to tell you that on 12th August 2011 between 3:30 AM to 4:15 AM, I received 5 service messages one after another thanking me for downloading animated wallpapers for Rs. 15 each, thereby deducting Rs. 75 from my prepaid mobile account balance. In addition to them , I received another service message stating that I have been subscribed for FTV Model Diary charging me Re. 1 per day followed by another service message after about 15 minutes saying that I have unsubscribed from FTV Model Diary. After around 4 hrs, I received 5 more service messages saying that your downloading of animated wallpapers has failed,please download again from this hyperlink(some URL). The shortcode values for the downloads were: 610968,620219,635442,633915 and 622531 which I figured out from the URLs given in message. Please see if this information can be useful in any way.
    Thus, airtel deducted Rs. 76 from my account when I assure you that I have not even opened airtel live in my phone, hence no chances of downloading from it.

    I called Customer Care at around 4:15 AM complaining about this, and that guy asked me to hold till he escalates the call to someone else, but as expected nobody picked up. I again called CC but in vain; someone picked up but didn’t answer. I have called CC many times after that but I only got SMS in return with Request Reference Number: CBDAL30812378095 & CBDAL20817590012 .

    So, i will request you to return my money asap and make sure that the mistake on your end is looked into and not repeated otherwise MNP will be the only option left in front of me. Despite of being airtel's old user, this is impossible to tolerate for me.

    Dear Rakesh,

    Thanks for taking up the issue. I was called by someone from Airtel yesterday and he assured me to refund my entire deducted amount. However, I have received Rs. 50 only out of Rs. 76 till now. Please refund the remaining sum asap.
    Thanks again. I think its better to complain here rather than to Airtel CC, atleast one can expect a response here.

    Again am facing the same problem which is faced last month, my broadband( 0120-4216256) is not working since 15th nov given complained for that, modem was faulty.on 18th nov i changed the modem and given request to solve the problem req no 7486224 & without visiting your service person closed the complain, again complained on 19th nov but no one came to solve it, this is the same service person who last month also linger on it for more then one week, today again complained give req no is 7557690, God knows whether some will come or not to solve it, still waiting in hope.................
    Its pathetic service by airtel
    Since last three days am requesting to solve the problem but no response,hope some will look into it and solve this, otherwise i have to disconnect this.

    Airtel.

    This is regarding airtel broadband connection. Your sales executive Mr. naveen (9663305438) took documents and advance money (Rs 1000) from me on saturday (3rd dec 2011) and promised me a connection by tuesday (6th dec 2011). He just vanished after that. I got no calls from him regarding installation. Whenever I called him, either he did not pick the call or gave false assurances that technical team will be coming today. Its been 5 days and I still get the same response from him and never did he call back or sent technical team till now.
    Either return my money or install the connection ASAP.

    Hi,
    This is to inform that I am being harrassed by AIRTEL BROADBAND servcies, which are extremely poor.I am the user of airtel broadband services by more than 3 years now. But from the past 3 months i am facing many problems like slow browsing, frequent disconnection etc. 3-4 times i have requested airtel to disconnect my broadband connection but their is no response from their side. Every month they are adding unnecessary charges to my internet bill.

    Angry Poor Airtel Internet service from past 6days

    Extremely poor service by Airtel, when u call on the customer care, they say its due to some network problem and will be resolved v soon. But no further action is been taken. Account No. 11208675 .
