    Post Airtel Disconnection Request

    I raised an Airtel Broadband disconnection request in the last week of February, 2011. The customer care executive committed that the connection would be disconnected within 3 days.
    I am still getting the bills for the Airtel connection and calls and messages from the customer care service regarding paying of my pending bills.
    I have dropped a mail as well to the Airtel concerned authority but didn't get any response for the same.

    The disconnection request number is : 187578831

    Kindly get this resolved .

    Default disconnection of airtel phone connection

    this is to inform you that , i have paid my post paid bill of october,2011 i.e Rs.1100 and iam not happy with the kind of charges applied in my bill and so request you to disconnect my post paid connection as soon as possible.

    this is to inform you that , i have paid my broadband bill of december,2011 i.e Rs.890 and iam not happy with the kind of charges applied in my bill and so request you to disconnect my broadband connection.I had already complaint twice but no action has been taken.I will not be paying any bill ahead.
