TATA Photon not working for last 2 months and they demand bill payment.

    Angry TATA Photon not working for last 2 months and they demand bill payment.

    Hi,

    I am using TATA PHOTON for past 7-8 months. Last 2 months this machine is not working at all.. still i paid the bill for the 1st month.. but this time also they have charged me with 1000 odd money.. i refused to pay.. my problem is that tata photon machine is not at all working and its affecting my work a lot... i complained them more than 10 times.. twice they registered my complain..
    14th april 2011 - they logged my complain saying 19th it will be resolved.
    19th april 2011 - they told me its going to take a lill bit of time since some work is going on near my place.. so till 30th april i can expect that to be completed.
    30th april 2011 - i called them, they told me to wait for some more days..

    I was really angry and frustrated with them, there is no end to it.
    I want to sue this company. Its like harrasing people mentally, i needed that machine when i was fully loaded with my office work, i had to go to offcie to work for 2-3 weekends just bcoz i am unable to work from home.

    I feel like sueing that company a big time,
    I only need that machine to work properly so that i get
    I want to return tata photon machine back to them and i need my installation money back. is it possible?

    This sunday also i called the customer care, they told me to wait till 30th may 2011. I told you there is no end to it.
    I dont understand one thing, whatever you promise to customers if you cant provide them then why the hell you tell that?
    Isnt this cheating your customers? This is not the way to do business.
    When you sell your product you promise 3.1 MBPS speed and after buying i dont get even 20 KBPS. When i call customer care they say " no madam thats the max speed you cannot get that , your speed will increase slowly.... " how slow can i know? in 2 months also my speed is same, rather decreasing...
    Is this what i pay 1000 Rs every month for?

    Please do the needful asap, my work is getting affected.

    TataPhoton+ is charging me for 2 months for which I never used the connection. I asked them to dissconnect but they still didn't disconnected and billed me for 2 months. Now they are demanding me to pay that and disturb me with un-necessary phone calls during office hours. Why should I pay for a service which I never used?

    Other than that, the service they provided me was really pathetic. Speed was always like 10-30 kbps (and promised was 3.1 Mbps).

    Hello Victor,

    Same thing is happening for all whoever has taken tata photon.
    Its the worst product of the year i can say.
    They cant provide their service properly and demand for bill amount.
    Really pathetic.
    Dont pay at all. Let them do whatever they want.

    Hi Victor,
    This is a kind of cheating to people. They will reply in a smart manner but no use. This will not solve.
    I suggest you that go for any 3g connection. You will get limited Gb but the speed would be very much helpful to you
