I have taken a new connection of sify broadband at my home 7 days back by paying Rs. 2000. After 10 mins of connection it looses connectivity to internet(not physically) and from then I am regularly calling and visiting their office.. either the concern person is not available or no one is listing your complaint.
As I am a website freelancer. I have taken HI-Speed braodband for giving my client a good and fast service.. but due to no internet connection I have loosed 3 of my client.. I can provide their numbers if wanted.
I want a hassel free intenet connection for which I paid for.. or they should return back my money with componsasion of my loss.
