    Dear Sir, I opted for sify broadband connection in August 2004 I paid about 4000 rs for instalation and first month rent.The connection I opted for was 1 month unlimited plan.But the connection worked for only 10-12 days there after it didnt worked for 17 hour, I was not able to acess the net on some very special moments.I was not able to acess the net when needed causing me mental disgrace.I was not able to utilize the net at the time of festivals or moments like that.I lost pretty number of good jobs.

    Default SIFY Poor internet services

    I have taken a new connection of sify broadband at my home 7 days back by paying Rs. 2000. After 10 mins of connection it looses connectivity to internet(not physically) and from then I am regularly calling and visiting their office.. either the concern person is not available or no one is listing your complaint.
    As I am a website freelancer. I have taken HI-Speed braodband for giving my client a good and fast service.. but due to no internet connection I have loosed 3 of my client.. I can provide their numbers if wanted.
    I want a hassel free intenet connection for which I paid for.. or they should return back my money with componsasion of my loss.

    Default SIFY Broadband Customer Care Complaint

    This is the second complaint in the same case(1st one is Complaint ID : 19568). After this complaint Mr. Bhaskar and Ms. Shweta regularly contacted me for next some days and asked me to send the last bill issued by my service provider through FAX or mail. At first I sent the bill through FAX but they complaint that the FAX is not clear and I again have to resend the bill. Then I finally send both of them the scanned copy of the bill on June 1st, 2009 and reminded them again on June 4th, 2009. But none of them ever contacted me in this regard after that. This is really an intolerable behavior of Sify Broadband and its officials. This case is now causing me more mental troubles as one can expect. Please help me out of this.
    In my prior complaint I claimed Rs. 3 lakhs compensation to be paid to me as I lost three projects due to there poor or no service. Now I'm seriously thinking that I claimed too less and it should be two to three times what I claimed as a warning for them to let them alert before they behave the same to any other customer like me.
    Just the amount that I lost due to there poor or no service plus all the amount that I paid in all this processing plus a huge settled amount for my mental tension.
