    Default Tata Indicom-Broadband Service- Wimax

    I used Tata Indicom Broadband 2.0 for a period of 10 months and being a loyal customer I always paid my bill on time and that too in advance. My plan was such that , if I paid for initial 4 months at the same time, the security deposit/installation charges of 1000 would be waived. My bill generation date was 1st of every month and it required me to ay the ill in advance for that month.For the month of Mar-2011, I paid the money and asked customer care to disconnect my connection from 20th March and refund me my pending money of 10days. But even after so much hue an cry, they are not refunding me my pending money .
    I would advise all people to not take Tata Indicom connection.

    Please resolve this issue
