we have a Tikona Broadband connection in Bangalore. It is not woring ofr last 4 days. We have launched a complained 4 days back. But nobody is resolving it. We call customer care everyday. And everyday they tell us that some technician will call us back in 30 min. But nobody calls. We have not been able to connect to internet for last 4 days which has huge impact on our work as we have to work from home daily.
