Dear Sir,

I have bought a Tata Indicom Photon + in July wherein the company claims that the speed is upto 3.1 Mbps. Just see how the company is dupping the customers, with the shrewd usage of sentences i.e speed upto 3.1 Mbps but i have never got a speed over 500-600 kbps the average speed is around 300 - 400 kbps , when i had complained , an executive came and checked and responded that this is the speed available and i should be happy with it and thereafter they never got back to me.

We reside in such a country that government cannot do anything to crub this mal practice and false commitment by the company. Its a shame on such a repute group of TATA of misleading customers, had it been in some western countries these companies could be dragged in court for misleading general public, but i know our judiciary system cannot do anything to protect general public like us .

This is my complain that the company misleads general public by such flashy ads wherein the products is sub standard and does not work as claimed by the company.

Can we do anything to stop these companies to mislead general public and get any respite?
The site consumer court is just a farce or can it help general public like us as i have found many complains against Tata Indicom Photon+ regarding speed and bills or this is just a site wherein these companies will laugh out seeing so many complains by the general public whereas they will be untouched by the law of the land and continue dupping general public like us.
I know i 'am raising my voice against one of the most respected business group not only in India but in the world ... TATA .

This is a small crusade by an Indiviual againt right of information and protection against unetical trade prctices by well know business groups.
