    Default Reliance netconnect - billing issue

    Hello,



    This is with regard to the data card number - 9353007631. I had paid the bill in the month of January - 2011, since I am on Maternity Leave I was unable to pay the bill before the due date, due to this reason a person by name Harish had called me on 29th Jan 2011 and he said he will come to my residence and collect the amount. I had asked him to keep the data card in safe custody for 3-4 months as I will be not using the card, he told me to pay Rs. 800 as the due amount and Rs. 200 as the amount for keping the card in safe custody. So, I had paid the sum of Rs.1000/- by cheque to him. He has given me the receipt with Rs.1000/- mentioned in it. When I asked for separate receipt for keeping the card in safe custody (i.e. for Rs. 200), he said he can give only one receipt mentioning the overall amount (i.e. Rs.800 + Rs. 200 = Rs.1000). He had informed me going forward the card will be kept in safe custody and I will not be receiving any bill.



    According to him, I dint receive any bill from Feb-2011 onwards, all of a sudden this month (Apr-2011), I received a letter saying I have to pay the sum of Rs.1553.08 to avoid the legal actions. When I contacted the responsible person by name Ranjani she said the card is not kept in safe custody so I have to pay the bill otherwise I have attend the case.



    I am not understanding when I have paid the bill and asked to keep the card in safe custody, when it not done by Reliance, is it the problem by me? Why I have to pay the bill and attend the case, I am very much unhappy with what is happening, this is not my problem, I dont know what customer service Reliance is providing. I had called up Harish (who had collected cheque), he is telling he has informed his Manager and he will update me, but I dint receive any update from him till now. He is just cutting the call now. This is going on from past 15 days.



    I am fed up with what has happened, when it is not my problem why should I attend the case? Kindly check and let me know why all this has happened and why am I cheated? I am not interested to continue with this kind of service. I have been cheated, this is really not fair. Please find the office details of the person who collected the cheque from me and also his contact details. Also, I will be providing the Ranjani's number who dint even hear to my problem, she just said if I dont pay the amount, then to attend the case.



    Hope my problem will get solved as soon as possible. I will also be providing my mobile number(9880368038) for any more clarifications/information.

    Yeshoda, the same problem was faced by me as well. We cannot trust or rely on reliance. All that brand name that they have is hollow. Fellows like Harish should be kicked, because they are nothing but local goondas hired by the Reliance rascals. And the entire management chain of reliance infocom should be fired because of their extremely useless customer orientedness and fraudulent billing. But first the great Anil Ambani should stop jogging and posing for the camera and focus a bit on how useless his company is becoming.

    Default same issue happened with me

    Hi,

    The sane issue happened with me, i have got huge bill when i asked for back up, they didn't supplied anything and started sending me legal notices, and finally i have started getting calls from police station, but i know that they were not from any police station, but the local gunda's did that thing....and i had to finally paid the bill for the services which i didn't used it.

    And this is the strategy of business of reliance and Anil Ambani, and this is how he is making money...but God ia seeing everything and he will suffer from this....

    GUYS DON'T EVER GO FOR ANY RELIANCE SERVICES, ELSE YOU WILL SUFFER LIKE ANYTHING, DNT GET CHEATING WITH THERE LUCRATIVE OFFER THEY ARE JUST A TRAP FOR YOU....

    EVEN WE DO LOT OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM BELIEVE ME NOTHING WLL HAPPENS, BECAUSE EVERY ONE IS INVOLVED IN THIS FRAUDS...
