Dear nodel officer,

Could you please look in to following two technical faults which are pending
since November 2010.

1) Instrument faulty and no replacement done in the last four months.
2) Broadband connection not reachable,hence the wiring needs to go to the room
near the computer.

I have given complaints at 198 atleast 15 times sinceNovmber and called various
people directly,however,your team of guys visit our place,gives an assurance
that the instrument will be replaced soon however no one has turned up after
that.

May I please request you to kindly resolve this problem which is pending last
four months.
