Tikona Digital Network are a fraud, they installed a new connection at my place and assured good speeds and good customer assistance. The technicians did not get a good signal at my place but they still installed the connection and told me the speed would increase to normal speed within 24 hours. It has been 3 days since the installation and neither have I received proper speeds nor have i received good customer services. The internet connection does not work properly either. Within 2 days I applied for a disconnection, i was assured that the connection will be disconnected and someone will come and remove the connection within 7 days. I haven't received any calls for disconnection and there have been no calls from the billing department regarding refund. This is absolute fraud as the services have not been provided as promised and even disconnection isn't being followed through with.

If they do not respond to my calls I will inform the police and lodge and official complaint against this in court. I want full refund and disconnection of services. Please help as the local customer care agent who i contacted refuses to help.
