Dear Sir,
We are using Broadband of MTNL in Delhi. Since from last 20 days, the connection disconnect automatically for a long time and then reconnect again. This problem happens after every hour. The Connection works for five minutes and then disconnect for 30 minutes or more through whole day. This made us frustrate as our whole work depends upon it. I complain many time but no response from them. Now i hope you will help us in solving problem.
