Honourable Consumer Court,

I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for harassment and mental torture for the following matter:

This is to inform you that, I am using Airtel Broadband and Telephone Services, whose Telephone No. is 011-47067936, Account No. is 14152553 in name of my mother Smt. Inderpreet Kaur Gujral at the following Address:

189, Second Floor, Indira Vihar, Delhi-110009.

My Internet Connection is not working from 11.03.2011. I am complaining every day regarding my problem from the very first day. At every call, their Customer Care Executive told me that, my problem will be resolved until next day 12.00p.m. Initially, once their technician came to check connection problem & he told me that the wire from the pole has to be changed and this will take some time.

Further, I have talked 5 – 6 times in senior department (Mr. Jitender) & retention department (Mr. Sudeep) at Airtel customer care cell, but my problem is still not resolved.
Further, I have sent my complaint via E-mail two times at Email ID: care.ncr@airtel.in, but my problem is still not resolved till date.

Further, their person from customer care told me that they will not charge me any rent from 12.03.2011 up to the date of resolving the problem.

Since I am facing a lot of problem and wastage of time & hence economic loss, therefore I want my problem to be resolved as soon as possible & if not then I want disconnection of my Broadband and Telephone Services & stopped billing immediately.

So, please help me in solving this problem.

I request the honourable court to take the necessary action against the company.
