    Thumbs down Online recharge failure and no sign of returning failed rechage amount

    I recharged Tata Photon plus for Rs 700 through online. Rs. 700 was deducted from my account and the internet service was never activated. I raised the issue through customer care by email on 4/March/2011 and there was no reply. I received a confirmation email about the issue. There was a link provided in the confirmation email saying if this issue is not resolved in 10 working days, please click here to escalate. I sent an escalation on 21/March/2011. There is no reply to my email.

    Could you please help me to raise this issue with consumer court ?
