SUB: Regarding installation of new connection

R/S sir
It is brought to your kind information that I have registered for a new Airtel
broadband connection on 05-06-2009 and paid Rs.1250 regarding this.Your team has
promised to install the modem and activate the connection upto 06-06-2009 but the
modem has not been installed till now. I had also confirm this case from the team
leader 5 times , but he didn’t give any response and disconnect my call.

Plz install the Modem & activate the connection at the earliest.
