This is to inform you that i,vitesh gupta, have been using vsnl broadband since the
last 4 months but last 25th of may when our beautiful city and its neighbouring
areas was severly affected by AIALA ,my internet connection has been lost.
Now i had raised this issue on 28th of may 2009 with ref 9871580 ,but it was not
restored .then again i mailed this to appelate authority but nothing happend.Then
again i kept on calling their busy toll free number and finally got a chance to talk
on this saturdy which was 06.06.09 .That day i had a talk to them and 1 of their
supervisor named mr vasu,he said i will get a call back by 9 a.m next day but
nothing happend.Then again i called them up today and to my surprise they had closed
down the previous complain ,saying they had a talk to me.,and again giving a new
reference no.9958732.
Sir this my request to end this harassment and please help me as i have suffered a
loss of more than rs 50000 and above all i have received a setback whic has
affected my goodwill.
I request you to please end this thing.

I bought Nokia cell 2630 in Dec 2008 and it did not work during jan 2010, the light did not work, I gave it to nokia care a Karaikudi and after long time they returned saying they could not repair and told me to try a Madurai. At Madurai they refused to help saying tthese people applied some paint. So I told them to try again and afer more than a mo nth they reurned saying they could not do. They burnt he IC and now it is gone. I wantt a replacement.
