Tata photon transfer case

    Default Tata photon transfer case

    I have applied for a tata photon corporate connection transfer 7 months back. I have submitted all the docs , requested
    by tata tele. Then during dec '2010 , they asked me to provide fresh address proof , which I submitted.

    Still then it has not transferred to my name.

    But now they are started harassing me for the bill payment. They have stopped the connection without informing me.

    I am not a defaulter payee. I pay my bills within 2 or 3 days of receiving the bill.

    As it has not transferred to my name , if I am paying also , I am not sure if these peoples are going to transfer the connection.If I will pay the bill now , they will continue harasing saying document is incomplete.

    I do not trust tata tele.

    Once I will have the bill with my name , I will pay it on the same day.

    can you pls suggest , how to file a consumer case against Tata Tele.

    Default Tata photon plus bill payment

    I have bought a tata phonton plus data card for corporate use. But When I am leaving my team, Tata phton team says that I can transfer my phton data card only among my blood relations. How can a corporate card be transftered in such a way.???
