Sir/mam


i consumer of mtnl broadband connection which`s number is (No removed).the mtnl making
me foll since 14 of may. Iam calling officers of mtnl daily for make their net
useable.
My problem is that whenever i want to use me net then after sometime the net become
unresponding since 14 may 2009.regarding this problem i have notified the officers
of mtnl so many times now i am very very upset because i and my fmily members have
to go to cybercafe for using net or email etc while i have net connection.
Please help me by giving some quaries


1-since 14 i have no use of net as i want. So now will i have to pay the bill for
the month of may and if yes then why?
