We are a kitchen equipment supplier company involved in providing backend Support to United States of America & Middle East countries, for this purpose we use Broadband Internet connections from Tata
Indicom.
For the last 3 weeks we are not getting very slow internet. We have raised complaints for all the internet connections and have been following up with them in regular intervals. After 4-5 days, your engineer came to our location finding fault with your modem. You people not at all noticed (prior to raise complaint from our side) this issue, as this modem was expired.
After fixing this issue we were getting good speed 120kb/sec, for 2 days. After that, we are experiencing same issue” slow internet browsing speed ranges 5-6 kb/sec”.
Whenever we talk to customer executive he says please delete cookies & unused data etc. We don’t want to expect this kind of solutions from your end. For your info, we are aware how to do maintenance of our systems.
We have been running with low internet connection and losing business. Apart from loss of face in front of US head office and hence we are losing out on our earning potential. We will not be able to generate enough revenues to support ourselves or our liabilities.
We are being affected very badly due to slow net speed.
