    Default Internet Problem - Tata Indicom

    To Whom It May Concern:



    We are a Healthcare BPO services company involved in providing Medical
    Transcription Services to Clinics and Hospitals in United States of America
    and for this purpose we use Broadband Internet connections from Tata
    Indicom.



    For the last 2 weeks we are not getting any internet connectivity from the 3
    out of 4 internet lines we use for this purpose. Day before yesterday the
    only working internet line also has been disconnected. We have registered
    complaints for all the internet connections and have been following up with
    them in regular intervals. No one has contacted us locally and there has
    been no call back from Tata Indicom about updates.



    Tata Indicom Customer Service help lines are disconnecting the lines after
    giving a message "your estimated wait time is less than 12 minutes, please
    call back later." We are not even able to talk to any customer service
    executive.



    We have been without internet connection and losing business. Apart from
    loss of face in front of US customers and loss of any future reference for
    getting new business, we are losing out on our earning potential. We will
    not be able to generate enough revenues to support ourselves or our
    liabilities.



    We request you to please help us in taking this up with Tata Indicom.



    We are being affected very badly and we need those internet lines back up
    desperately, otherwise we will lose our livelihood.

    Default slow internet speed

    To Whom It May Concern:
    We are a kitchen equipment supplier company involved in providing backend Support to United States of America & Middle East countries, for this purpose we use Broadband Internet connections from Tata
    Indicom.

    For the last 3 weeks we are not getting very slow internet. We have raised complaints for all the internet connections and have been following up with them in regular intervals. After 4-5 days, your engineer came to our location finding fault with your modem. You people not at all noticed (prior to raise complaint from our side) this issue, as this modem was expired.
    After fixing this issue we were getting good speed 120kb/sec, for 2 days. After that, we are experiencing same issue” slow internet browsing speed ranges 5-6 kb/sec”.
    Whenever we talk to customer executive he says please delete cookies & unused data etc. We don’t want to expect this kind of solutions from your end. For your info, we are aware how to do maintenance of our systems.

    We have been running with low internet connection and losing business. Apart from loss of face in front of US head office and hence we are losing out on our earning potential. We will not be able to generate enough revenues to support ourselves or our liabilities.

    Default Irresponsible lady on customer care to talk with customers

    I had a problem with my internet from 3 months. On the issue of the bill i got a call from tata's no on which a lady was very aggressive and a bit we rude in talking. they dont know how to talk with the customers. probably they dont understand the tata's brand and continue on their own. they must be given proper training to talk with the customers. finally when i asked to make me to talk with her senior she didnt reply. I dont know her name but the number from which i have got the call was 022 - 67477247 at around 5.45 pm on 13th aug 2012.

    Please look into the matter.
