Default Tata Indicom Broad band connection

Recently I took a Tata Indicom Broad band connection which had a usage
plan of 10 GB bundled usage. The tarrif is Rs1100/month. Now iam getting
a bill that is generated and is asking me to pay a sum of Rs. 6493.

My usage has not exceeded 10GB yet. The credit limit is Rs 1500.

I called up the customer care and they say that its charged on a
prorated basis. So I asked them if I took an unlimited usage plan and I
used some 1000GB will they charge me Rs 200000. Then they say that it
cannot be possible as its got a billing cycle. Then I cant understand
why isn't that applicable to my current connection. More importantly how
can they let anyone exceed 4X (the credit limit).

    Please advice

    Thanks and Regards

    Default Tata Broadband

    Hi,

My name is Rishi Rai and my Login ID is rai.rishi@vsnl.net.

This is to inform that my internet services is inactive for 3 days even after I have
successfully recharged my connection on November 24th through my HDFC Bank credit
card, I have been calling Tata Broadband customer service to activate the account
and also provided all the details that I could regarding the same, however, they say
that they do not have any transaction done on November 24th 09.

I also called up my Bank and as per the Bank information my account has been debited
for Rs 700/- and the merchant is Tata Communications Mumbai IND, however the same is
totally ignored by the Customer services of Tata Broadband Services, they also
promised me that they will be checking the matter at the back end and call me back,
however I never received a call from them.

Kindly find the attached file for the charges made on my bank account, which might
be a great help in resolving the problem.

    Thanks and Regards,D

    Rishi Rai.
