Do not take service from MTNL, Friends this is not the only letter which i have send to them, I wrote the same language but the people don't have shame to rectify the problem, even now also they are not going to solve. Ever never take service from MTNL, Most pathetic poor service.

Joo log humare DESH humari Govt ko pagel bena rehe hai wo sab narak mein jane chahiye.

This is to inform you that I am having a Broadband Connection no: 25081567 from 06/04/2008, from that day I am facing millions of problems and at least register the complaint on you customer care helpline, these help lines are just to make fool customer and irritate the customer in the best way possible. I also submit written complaint to you also but I think you don’t have the time to solve the customer problems, you are here just to sit and take sealer on time, I think your mentality is just to make fool of our INDIAN GOVT, because shame-less person can only think that, they do not do their duty, just passing the time and destroying the GOVT. property as much as they can. I also send a registered post to the shame less Nodal Officer MTNL, and same response from their side, which I am accepting only from a shameless person. I also send many SMS’s on 9868134182 and even talked on this no also regarding the problem which I am facing but as usual the shameless MTNL employ response. Finally my conclusion is this that you are the shameless people only here to make fool of our GOVT. and intentionally not given services to the customer, which will definitely helps the other private Broadband providers. The only reasons which can be easily understandable by any one that you people are taking bribe that is why no action is being taken on the customer complaint. If I have the power to terminate all the shame-less Govt. employ then I will terminate you first.
Due to your poor, bad, irresponsible, shameless, pathetic, disgusting, harassing service I want my connection to be disconnect.
