    Default Airtel Broadband is the worst service provider, infact airtel is worst

    Dear Airtel Customer Service Team,

    My Airtel Phone 01145044810 is dead since 25th of February and
    I’ve registered a complaint on same date to the Airtel customer care
    number 121. I talked to Neha and she assured me that the issue will
    be resolved latest by 5.30 PM today (25th February) itself.

    I’ve received a call from there field engineer and he told me that you
    line short from somewhere and he will attend it tomorrow (26th Feb)
    and will resolve it. Since then no one attended the call and no reply
    what so ever.

    I have emailed to nodal.officer but no reply after sending the email twice.

    I have emailed to appellate authority (I’ve got the email address
    appellate.southabts@airtel.in from TRAI website) and received an
    acknowledgement to with assurance of resolving the complaint in 24
    hours but received a reply of complaint being forwarded to delhi.ncr nodal
    officer appellate.ncr@airtel.in.

    9 days has gone past but no one is trying to resolve the issue and only
    forwarding the matter from one to another.

    Find the attached all the emails I’ve sent to Airtel.

    Is this the Airtel customer support?

    According the telephone act the complaint should be resolved in maximum
    of 3 day but you have already taken more than 9 days.

    Resolve the issue latest by today or we are going to move in consumer
    court.

    When will you get in touch with me???? In this year???...it is 10th of march 2011 today....This kind of emails will not improve your image....you have to wark hard for that.

    No one is replying my email even from Airetel_presence.

    Airtel Customer Care, Nodal, Appellet and presence(escaltion) all are fake and good for nothing....they do make fake commitements only.

    Other than that I've 2 Mbps plan but I get it for 2 or 3 days after a complaint and then again come back to 256 Kbps or so.....I've to complaint everyweek for the speed. MTNL is MUCH better.

    Everytime I complaint a guy come to my office check with the router and play with switches and point each and everything as faulty....then leave from here after getting earfull of technical from our staff.....call from from no where and ask to check the speed..... which improves dramatically...... GOD knonw what they do from NOC.

    Airtel plays with customers by reducing their bandwidth....

    FAKE! FAKE! FAKE!

    I have been calling to your customers to change the billing plan but they told me everytime to email on 121@airtel.in.....

    no reply of my emails from 121 as well.

    do we have to raise all the issues on highest authorities???

    Give me sunil mittal's number....let me tell him he is a CEO of worst service provider.
